we knew this was going to happen

The release of the Razzle Dazzle hall tour live DVD has been postponed. Till when, it hasn't been announced. Given the state of business in this country right now, probably, no one knows. Most of the record stores aren't even open, or they're closing early, and running on half power.

Also, Buck-Tick opened an official Twitter. For those of you, who, you know, "tweet," and stuff like that.

And for the record, last time he was asked about it in the FT newsletter (a few months ago), Sakurai didn't know what a blog was. So don't get your hopes up that he'll be updating personally.

And for the record, nuclear reactors are exploding in this country right now. If I come across as terse, please assume that has something to do with it.

  1. Be as terse as you need to be. We all understand. Please know that even though I am all the way across the ocean in the US - all I can think of is the state of Japan and what everyone must be going through. The news bring me to tears and just thinking about all the suffering breaks my heart. It makes me feel guilty that for our life goes on but not for those who has lost their life and for those who has lost someone. The tragedy of this situation is immeasureable. Japan you are in our thoughts.

  2. I am very sad and heartbroken with the situation over in Japan. Watching the news and reading all the articles makes me cry. I think of Japan all the time hoping that things will get better. Despite everything the world is so proud of how the Japanese are handling the situation and it makes me proud. I am glad that the members of BT are okay. May Japan come out of this disaster better and stronger than ever. Keep hope and love alive.

  3. Anyone who complains about postponed concerts or DVD releases needs a SERIOUS dose of reality, (or their own disaster, just as a little life lesson, to contend with). I am sick to death of spoiled little bitches, (not BiTches, but there is some crossover!). Thank you Cayce for these updates. I can only imagine how life must be now in Japan, every minute wondering what is next. Our hearts are with you. We are finding ways to sing, pray, donate, beg and plead with the gods for your safety.
